I live near Newtown and have been wondering about strange goings-on at my house. Were there any follow-up articles about this ghost so I could tell if he may have moved to my house?
As far as I can tell, there were unfortunately no follow-up articles to this event. However, this is only based on the library's local newspaper index, which for this paper and time period is not quite thorough. I'll take a look at the microfilm on the dates surrounding this, I'll make a posting if I find anything enlightening, or at least interesting.
If you're interested in having your residence investigated for evidence of paranormal activity, there are several local groups which offer their services free of charge. The one I am most familiar with/seems to be currently most active (not to mention most legit) is Cincinnati Association For Regional and Paranormal Studies (CRAPS: http://www.oh-craps.org).
